V and I are continuing with trying our hands at new recipes from the stash. Sharing with you today 2 more new ones that we tried recently

White Chocolate Mud Cake

My husband loves anything white chocolate and we had to try this one out for sure. I was totally dead on the day V wanted to bake this and was not in a mood to bake at all. So, this was totally her bake and it came out really well

Next recipe we tried is also a white chocolate one!! This is a recipe from Nigella's show called Nigella's table

We used crushed Bourbon biscuits and caramel sauce as topping. Nigella used ginger biscuits as base but we could not get ginger biscuits, so had to use Marie biscuit. If we had used ginger biscuit it would have tasted even better
